I think you would be about 17000 into a yamaha x2 with cab and heat (no ac that i know of). They are one of the new crossbreed work/performance rigs, and are really nice for both of those things. Its not the tractor like a kubota, and it isnt the racecar of the turbo rigs, but just a simple solid machine that can do just about anything you need it to.
