I'll be running a Trimble TMX and a 20/20 in the tractor this spring. Both are now able to be connected to the internet. I'll also have an iPad running Fieldview. Is there any harm in running the hotspot on the iPad for the 20/20 and the TMX to connect to? I have unlimited data.........but I think they cap the tethering at 15gb.
Should work fine. Better option would be a dedicated modem. Look up the br1 mini on. 3g Store
