We've been working with Sentera since last summer. So far they've been very good to deal with. There are different options when it comes to stitching maps. If you have Sentera stitch them for you there is a per acre charge. Another option that is included with their FieldAgent software is the ability to download the stitching software to your own computer. The downside to that is you need a pretty powerful computer to be able to run the software. If you've got any other questions, shoot me a pm and I'd be happy to try answer them for you.
