Yes oahe is 72% full flood capacity, fort Randall is 60% flood capacity.
Gavins point has a maximum capacity of about 400,000 acre feet. With a minimum pool of about 300,000 acre feet. The difference is the total flood storage. 10.2% of that difference is full.
