That is one guy that needs to retire and get him out. His statement confirms his idea that flooding below Gavens Point is his job.
Get someone in there who will dredge the lake above the dam, adding capacity, then holding the water back so downstream folks can live normally and operate ag businesses on the protected levy side rather than destroying the levys and flooding vast areas.
Did they ever dredge that lake? Just total incompetence, not management.
