If I was trimming it, the lower 5 or 6 limbs would come off. With all the lower limbs, all the growth will go to the limbs and the root structure will not be able to provide food for the fruit. With pruning the lower limbs, more growth will go to the roots and the remaining limbs that will support a larger crop, It will more than pay off in the years to come.  JMO
