| We just bought a new Speed Queen washer & drier about a month ago. Previous had LGs that were about 7 years old,. Before that always had Maytags since I can remember. Maytags aren't what they use to be.
The LG was their top of the line with all the fancy electronic controls. Wife loves the new Doeed Queen with the manual controls. Says it's like old Maytags. Does the same amount of laundry in half the time the LG did and claims clothes are cleaner. SQ has agitator in the middle, LG didn't. Says drier drys quicker than the LG drier. Only complaint I have is the SQ is noiser.
