I lost GPS on my P3 Pro. Went to DJI website, filled out repair request form, sent it in to their California repair center. They emailed me an invoice for $97 and gave me three methods to pay. 1st one was PayPal. 2nd was personal check and 3rd was wire transfer. I opted for the personal check which was a mistake. Took nearly 6 weeks for the check to clear before they would repair it. Seems the check went to CA, then to headquarters in China, thus the delay. In the end, I was very happy with the complete replacement of the GPS unit plus upgraded firmware so I didn't have to do that. I honestly believe I would have had the unit back in 2 weeks had I used PayPal but I had a bad experience with PayPal several years ago and haven't gotten over that yet.
