Just my opinion but I tend to find that beans are more forgiving of me and time than corn is. For sure the year makes a big difference and he who shall be first will be last at some point but seems that April 25th corn works better more than not compared to May 25th.

I kind of know where you are actually. I have a buddy that lives in, well, Harrison now, but did live off Highway 4 and 275 for a long time. We sometimes hunt out there by Oxford.
