I'm just glad they caught them and you are right that all these supposed dirty organic farmers should get reported. Fraud is fraud. What I don't understand is, they say there was over $140m in fraudulent sales, but he only has to give up $128m of proceeds from the sales? He still somehow keeps $12m? If that's all he gets for punishment and no jail time, I'm going to sign up to run the next scam with him... | |
