Fremont, NE | I have friends that have been completely wiped out. I would reach out to University of Nebraska Lincoln as a resource. Supplies are always good but dirt moving contractors are going to be the huge bottleneck I feel. I’m not sure how to even start on this mess. Need dry low humidity weather to just start the drying process which is not good in this neck of the woods! Just had 1/4” rain here last night and few days this next week with rain chances.
