That would be a disaster on my clayish soils. Every process you mention would be bad ‘here’ in a spring application, I’d have a packed clay road bed with a hard pan at 2-4 inches.
Having said that, plan to get the disk out of the grove and disk most of my acres this spring. We will see how it goes. Roll the dice......
