Gerald this is exactly my struggle. I've got some heavy wet soils that I struggle getting 75% of the plants emerged on a good year. Sometimes 50% is all I get. If those % were even across the field it would be easy. Low spots have nearly nothing so you have to plant heavier to compensate. I have farms I can plant 120k but most of my farms 160k is a much safer bet.
