nc nebraska butte | A few days ago I asked how much to bore a water pipeline 6000 feet across the river.The previous one was wiped out when the Spencer dam was taken out.
Mitchco said 2,000,001 and last night heard they were talking a hair over 2 million.
The rural water district does not have that kind of money so they were asking for donations on Facebook.
Now I think might have heard this before ,but really sorry shed light on the problem in Nebraska now.
