I don’t know all the in and outs of the pre existing conditions law but I kind of doubt you could go get a Blue Cross policy a day after being diagnosed with cancer and have them pay. Maybe that is the case but I kind of doubt it. I think the CHM policies probably work pretty good as long as you are healthy.
