Subject: RE: Bulk Farm NH3 Storage

Chebanse, IL.....

Well, I have no reason to convince anyone to put a NH3 tank on their farm. I can say is I'm glad we did.

If anyone would ever like any bonafide owner/user/farmer info for IL, they're free to email me. See profile info.

If you think there are reasons not to do it, then don't consider it. Same with liquid storage.

Portable NH3 trailer tanks (1000 gal +) have to be hazmat placarded. Semis trailers have to be placarded. No difference. There are differences in driver license requirements for towing either.

Liquid can get by with lesser regs if you have less than specific gallons stored for less than specific days.

Finally, I'm still not sure how we determine competency of our insurance agents.
