You can start the battle but you will never win the war. If you want to keep receiving the benefits.....just put the book down and back slooooowly away. Wipe your greasy finger prints off. She WILL know you've been up to something. She might even think you've been essential oiling your, umm....errr….temples, yeah..temples...like Johnny did. :^) I'd use something less harsh than peppermint though.
