Seriously though, organic grain is allowed a certain percent of non-organic material. You can't tell me that if you farmed a field that had been flooded that it would turn up any more non-organic material in the product than those guys that blend down their product to the threshold level.


I'll agree with your sarcastic first paragraph. I'm not sure what this "threshold" is that you speak of. GMO contamination?
