NC KS | Sale barn supposedly had an extensive remodel in there somewhere.
Can't understand the willingness to throw the bank under the bus here. If the owner was good and solid financially, he could have went elsewhere for money. Court documents show that returned checks have happened before. Instant red flag in my mind. A returned check but good later means the next time you are a bill collector instead of a cattleman looking for a check.
