Crop insurance agents - If you make a mistake on a claim and use the wrong aph and the customer is overpaid, does the customer repay the overage? If your customer pointed out the mistake before the claim was submitted does that change anything?
The agent is not involved in the claims process
The aph used has been calculated using production that the insured has reported
