I had a rental company calling me about a debt that a relative had made and used my name and number as a reference. After the second call and me telling them that I had nothing to do with that debt and to take my number off their records, the smart young fellar informed me that they would never take my number off the list until the debt was paid and they were required to call every day. I hung up on him, drove 8 miles to the LEO office, talked to a deputy. He took the boys name and the number that he had called from and said he would take care of it. Never heard from them again.
