Shouldn't matter. He should have something of an answer to you within a week barring having to do some real in depth research. Even then, if he can't be bothered to call back and make an attempt to keep you in the loop, I'd follow Fry's advice and look elsewhere.
Yes and no. They should always be able to reply in a timely manner, and I'd say two weeks is on the very long side of timely.
That said, if I was financing something I thought might be a challenge, I'd have a lot more patience on my end and walk softly. If the loan is attractive to lenders, you can demand a little more service IMO. |
