Subject: RE: Appropriate time to wait for banker

Warburg, AB
It's an operating line of credit, with security to back it. It's not high risk, but it isn't huge money ($75,000). I work full-time in addition to the farm, so I tend to fire stuff off in advance (but don't tell them I have time to wait). I'm not a confrontational person, so I don't always like banging on doors, but I am the type to move my business if I don't like the responses/services I get. I have a very good working relationship with one lender, but want to diversify and keep options open as these dealings are very much dependent on the individuals I deal with. I do sales for a living so I know the value of communication, and keeping things open. I also don't have a lot of time to spare during business hours, so I like to keep communication open otherwise - email, phone, text. Just something to keep me in the loop so I can appropriately take time off during business hours to shore things up, sign off, etc.
