Subject: Assassin Smokers

South Western Michigan
There is a lot of talk on here about pellet grills and traditional propane grills. Anyone on here big into charcoal grills and stick burnin smokers? I currently have a Smokin Brothers pellet grill, Holland propane and a Weber Kettle charcoal grill. These make for a great little set up for home use. I enjoy cookin ribs, brisket, loins and shoulders so I have been dreaming of an actual competition quality stick burnin smoker, probably a reverse flow. The budget doesn't really allow for the ones I would like to purchase so I stumbled across the Assassin smokers and grills made in Macon, GA. The 48" charcoal grill seems like a good start at its current price point just to get started with building and managing a fire over an extended period of time for long cooks required for larger pieces of meat. I know they are more of a grill than a smoker but they do have some smoking capabilities. Anyone on here ever bought one of their products?
