I don't think you understand the hours of cleen up and dirt work that has to happen. Which have not happened because the ground is still slimy wet. And probably won't happen this week with three more chances of snow.
I would guess the these 2 guys are in the truck headed your way

Guys it's March 17th not may 17th. You've got 2 months. Might be in a drought by then. People will make do and get stuff done.
