 Can't use that if guns are in the safe. The gases given off, will corrode the guns. But yes, I too am amazed how much water they can take out of the air in short order. I have a couple "dri z air" collectors in a small garden shed that is insulated even.



I have nearly 23 years in a CaCl2 manufacturing facility. I’ve manufactured and handled millions of tons of CaCl2. I can assure you no gases are created moisture drawn yes gases created none. Raw brine as it comes out of the ground has traces of “noncondenseable” gases like ammonia but those are pulled off in manufacturing.
