Hole calf hamburger. I have done a bloated that only weighed 450 made 180# of hamburger at 4.00 a # we have it made in 1# packages no patties also a 90- 10 mix. We have people waiting for hole cow hamberger. Done a 1400# this past fall he was down in the back but had all hamburger it was all spoke for before he went to slaughter.
I tell people 10# or more I don't want to mess with less than 10# at a time. Most take 25-50# at a time
