It does blow in, Most the ones I see south of i70 don’t have a curtain. I can see where it could help at times. I do feel like I would be rolling it up and down a lot because we can be warm with damp air in the winter. 50s and rain a lot this winter. If everything would stay froze up, I could see being able to maintain good air quality with it more closed up.
