north-central Indiana west of Fulton | Impressive and well kept facilities .......and you obviously are on top of the whole beef feeding situation. I know only what I read on here about beef cattle feeding. So I will ask you about the high roof buildings you, and others have. I know ventilation is nessassary, but it looks like every time it rains or snows, half or more of the building would be all wet. Our dairy barn can get moisture blown in 20-30 feet when curtains are open, and a rain storm hits. That’s at about 12-14’ on the side. They are closed from Thanksgiving to April/May. Is that not be a concern because most of the beef barns on here are tall and all open. |
