I can’t imagine they’ll rebuild the dam for power generation, as it was on the way out already. They’re shutting down Ft. Calhoun nuke plant because it’s cheaper to buy off the grid anyway. The NRD might have plans for something flood control wise, but with the channel jumping, I don’t think you can put it back.
