Your soil P is not bad at all. You are too short on K. Cut the P rate to 1/4 of that and spend all that allowance on K with a little Sulfur to boot. 200 bushel corn likes 200 ppm soil test Potassium. 30 ppm is just fine for Phosphorus. Go ahead and band that little amount of P and it doesn't matter how you put down the K. Good luck.
