Would not bet on chances of getting past the Platte river. That is close to Ashland or Mahoney state park. If reports of 80 bridges HAVE collapsed is true, how MANY are in critical stages waiting to fall. If 2 air boats capsized during a rescue what chance does a car have? Stay home unless its strictly life or death. And maybe even then. It isnt the time for casual travel.
