NC KS | I would hope that the key roadways would get some big tubes dumped in them in a very short order along with proper equipment to get them placed. These would provide a temporary detour around a bridge that was knocked out.
This would allow the bridge to rebuilt without a huge time element bearing down on everyone. Some good crews and adequate pay could make this happen very fast.
I would hope that semi loads of tubes are already being loaded and headed out for this to happen as soon as flood waters recede. | |
