East Central Ia, S. Waterloo | We got a "give away" Golden just like yours, from your description, quite a few years ago now. My father was a Border Collie guy but even he had to say Max was a good dog. He met his fate to early trying to cross the hiway. We were able to find another but she had "issues" just sullen and couldn't seem to get along with us or any other farm animals. Since she passed we haven't found that right dog and it's getting harder to take on the responsibility as we get older. My sympathies on your loss, their never replaced but I hope you can find another companion. |
