Denis if you think competition for land is bad in Ukraine you should farm here in Indiana.Land I farm brings $750 Ha paid in March and land like you would find in Cherkasy will bring$1000 Ha paid in March.When I was in High school a lot of the same land was$225Ha paid in the fall of the year.Prices for crops was about the same then but it did not yield as much then!
