North of London | That is a tough one.
It is also a complicated situation when a competitor offers a director a deal they can not get from the Co-op for supplies.
What should the director do? take the good deal or be loyal to the Co-op?
Or when a location or service not making money is convenient to the director and they vote to continue and it means other members are subsidizing their operation through the location or service.
A lot of grey areas that each individual has to sort out for themselves but some have no problem if it is best for THEM. | |
