Oregon | My wife and I lived outside of Ashland for a few years and she worked in town and I worked in Medford at a plywood mill. Ashland is a VERY strange place. Some topics of discussion while at her work parties were "the white streaks behind airplanes are chemicals that the government is using to chemically control the population." or "the sand used on icy roads needs to be cleaned-up because its not natural." I also wasn't the most popular one there either, due to being the scheduler at the largest plywood mill in the Northwest. Wife and I still laugh about the crazy things we saw or heard in Ashland...... | |
