Couple things to consider. Sounds as if the P & K was applied early enough in the fall (pre frozen ground) that it should have readily attached to the soil. If that is the case then P & K would have only been lost with soil removal. So most likely those areas where you had a current running through the field would be most prone to soil loss.
We have had one of the wettest winters of record and the spring may not be much better, I would consider a late spring Nitrate test to monitor your N levels in case some N loss occurred not necessarily from the flooding event but overall wet soil conditions.
