Subject: Damaged wind turbine in windfarm near Zearing, Iowa

Floyd County, Iowa
Had a load to deliver by State Center today, and was on Highway 65 between Zearing and Colo. There's a turbine near the road that has 1 blade remaining on it.
I saw it like this last fall, and it was damaged late last summer, looked like maybe it was struck by lightning (but that's only a guess).
Does the landowner still get their lease payment when it hasn't turned a blade in months? I would think that the company would have it repaired and running by now.
I just hope that the landowner is still getting all his lease/rent payments.
