Subject: Beef, lean vs ground.

East central Iowa

Was listening to Stumpy Nubs woodworking YouTube video and he was talking about mobile bases for shop machinery.

During the talk he referenced tipping cows in a manner related to the instability of a drill press on a mobile stand.  He explained that tipping a cow part way results in lean beef while pushing it farther made ground beef.

Sorry for wasting your time.

If you're at all interested in woodworking James Hamilton  is Stumpy Nubs and has a lot of good woodworking information.

If you look at his video starting about here https://youtu.be/gYjPEFPq9ss?t=178 he will shortly explain cow tipping.
