We’ve had that happen in dampish sand conditions before. Not exactly sure why. We had the blade contact between 1.5” and 2” and the planter was running level. Wouldn’t do this any other time in any other soil types or conditions the one year it did it to us. Stopped the planter several times to clean off the inside of the blades in the two fields it happened in.
