Or go to Rock River arms and grab the checkbook for 1200 or better. One gets you a 16” carbine for $375, the other is whatever you would like it to be, just more money.
ETA: about this time last year I got a complete lower from palmetto for about $175 shipped. Put a carbine upper on and I don’t have $450 into it.
