More than likely the rubber bladder on the service side of the brake chamber and not the valve. It could possibly be the valve but usually it’s a brake chamber leaking and air comes out of an exhaust on a valve making you think it’s a valve I’ve seen it about 100 times but sometimes it is a valve usually get a number off of it and call a trailer shop or thermo king and they can figure out what I’m talking about.
