and needing consulting each year....
if their soil is lacking and their plants have issues then they need consulting help to ID what the issue it and how to treat that pest or disease or deficiency.
The sufficiency theory is a win for universities, consultants, applicators, salesmen, chemical suppliers & manufacturers.
