Wi | Measure the voltage across the coil when off. If it's not below dropout voltage that could be an issue, then you have to find out why.
The contacts could be welding and not actually appear welded together after removal. The act of removing the relay can knock them loose. Doubt it's the issue with nothing more than a couple LEDs though. If they're welding but breaking free easy a simple tap when it's stuck should release them, of that doesn't work its not likely to be the issue. | |
