Central MN | Where Do you take your cattle? What kind of cattle? I was considering sending our beef fats through there this summer as they seemed to have a slighlty better price than Albany. Holstein Fats on other hand not true.
To the OP We sold some hogs through there this winter and they paid better than anyone else on the cash market considering we weren't big time hog farmers with contracts.
Im thinking they get a buyer out of the cities that buys hogs goats and sheep for a non traditional slaughter market. I know Zumbrota does for sure and they have a much larger Goat/ sheep sale. How far away are you from there?
