2 million for 100 acres. Have at it. There are so many other investments that would be better than that it’s mind blowing. I’m all for buying ground but you guys can knock yourself out at those levels.
Makes a lot more sense to pay $2 million for 100 acres than overpay $50-$100 acre to produce a crop over 20 years. Hard to understand why so many can't see the light and continue to evaporate that kind of money year after year with bloated cost to produce a crop and have nothing to show far it At least with overpriced ground you have something to show for it. Wasting $2-$4 million over 20 years looks rather foolish.
