Now you know why they pay so much, its river front property and that usually has a higher tax value. Sorry, couldn't resist. It looks like a couple days of cooler weather which should help slow the snow melt a little, but I see some really high temps for next week at least in our forecast. Hope a bunch of the water has safely gone downstream by then. Those spring ice dam caused floods can be so cruel, in a couple weeks the water levels could look like normal again except for the huge damage that happened. Sounds like the bridge builders are going to be working overtime in Nebraska this summer.
