Honestly at that yield you’d have a real difficult time get it dried down uniformly to a level (<30%) where propionic acid would be able to do a reliable job of keeping it. You won’t have favorable results if you get 75% of it under that moisture range but have a bunch of wet 45% slugs.

Cost wise you’re probably at a wash prop VS wrap, quality- wise unless you’ve got 2 wks to let it dry you’d be better off finding a wrapper
