Like jonnypop asked, 90 psi in the accumulator?

Are #4 and #5 still hooked up like the picture?

Backside view, is #9 (the firm/soft adjuster) hooked up like the picture and moving properly?

I've seen these flipped around the wrong way and it won't work right.

The firm soft adjustment is after the up/down motion in the valve block. This means that some issues with a hard seat are in the accumulator (over or under charged) or in the linkage or valve that restricts the oil into and out of the accumulator (firm/soft) lever.
